Alex Nicholls

Alex is the founder of Activate. He has produced a variety of plays for the North Oxford Youth Theatre in Wolvercote and is an Executive Producer and Director with Tomahawk, a theatre company dedicated to promoting creative talent in Oxford www.tomahawktheatre.co.uk

Alex is the Vice Principal at Oxford English Centre, an international language school situated in magnificent premises on Banbury Road. He has many years of experience in teaching and recruiting junior students as well as organising and coordinating social events and activities.

Alex also enjoys sports and cinema.

Rachel Johnson

Rachel Johnson recently completed her A levels at Cherwell School where she achieved A grades for Drama and English. She has appeared in a variety of productions in Oxford including Alice in Alice Through the Looking Class for Oxford Theatre Guild and Cecily Cardew for Tomahawk. She is also a member of the National Youth Theatre. She is currently directing Our Country’s Good for the Cheney School Drama Department as well as undergoing the audition process for drama school in London. As well as theatre Rachel enjoys music and reading.
